Aroma tomato mix

300g pasta

20g of fresh basil + extra for garnish 

1 garlic clove

35g pine nuts

1tbsp extra virgin olie voil

Sea salt & black pepper 


A colourful pasta salad full of vitamins and nutrients. Perfect for a summertime lunch or picnic!

Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Peel the garlic clove. In a food processor: combine 20g of fresh basil, 1 peeled garlic clove, 35g of pine nuts, 1 tbsp of olive oil with a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.  Blitz until blended well but still has a coarse texture. 

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Set aside and allow to cool. Mix the cold pasta with the pesto. Finely chop the Aroma tomatoes, season well with sea salt and black pepper and add to the pasta. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
