Looking for a quick and easy starter? These little tomato galettes will deliver on flavour but will only take a few minutes to prepare!


Serves 4


Puff pastry

A'Roma tomato mix

Extra virgin olive oil 

Fresh rosemary

Sea salt & black pepper 


Cut the puff pastry into squares.


Slice the A'Roma tomatoes into thin slices and layer on top of the puff pastry.  Lightly brush the tomatoes with the olive oil, and season with sea salt & black pepper.  Finish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Bake in the oven according to the instructions for the puff pastry.

Serve hot.
