These little crunchy tomato lollipops will be a hit with

both kids and adults!


12 Kubello tomatoes

A handful of pine nuts
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

Sea salt & black pepper


Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan for a few minutes. Roughly chop the pine nuts, and transfer to a bowl. 

Pour the olive oil in a separate bowl, and season with sea salt and black pepper. 

One by one, dip the bottom half of the Kubello tomatoes in the olive oil, and roll through the chopped pine nuts. 

Serve cold.
