Making your own tomato juice is easy peasy! 

Serves 2

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free

1kg Lyterno tomatoes

1/2 lemon 

Fine sea salt

Roughly chop 1kg of tomatoes. Push through a juicer,

Season with fine sea salt and the juice of half a lemon.

Enjoy cold with a few ice cubes. 

Tip: fresh juice is best enjoyed straight after juicing, as it will retain more nutrients.
