OVEN GRILLED COEUR DE BOEUF TOMATOES

Enjoy the Coeur de Boeuf in its purest form!

Serves 2 as a side dish

Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free

1 Coeur de Boeuf

Extra virgin olive oil or truffle oil

Sea salt and black pepper

Slice the Coeur de Boeuf into 5mm thick slices. Layer in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of good quality olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Bake in the oven for 10mins at 200C. Serve warm.
