Makes 12 popsicles

Vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free

1kg Aroma tomatoes

4 tbsp honey

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp fine salt

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Colourful, refreshing and healthy! These popsicles are fun to make with the kids, and will help them (and you) get their five a day!

Half the tomatoes, making sure to keep the different colours apart.


Add the black tomatoes to a blender along with 1tbsp of honey, ½ tbsp lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt. Blend until smooth. Push through a sieve. Mix with the fresh thyme.


Repeat three more times with the other colours. Pour the tomato pulp into the popsicle moulds and freeze for 20mins. Briefly take the popsicles out of the freezer to add the popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid or overnight.
