SUMMER TOMATO SALSA
Looking for a tasty dip to serve with nachos or to eat with your crackers? This spicy summer version is bound to hit the taste buds!
Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free (on its own)
400g Aroma tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 chili pepper
sea salt & black pepper
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes. Deseed the chilli pepper, slice into small pieces, and mix with the tomatoes. Finely slice the spring onion and add to the tomatoes and pepper. Season with salt & pepper.
Can be served both hot and cold, and will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
