200g mixed lettuce leaves
1 handful of pine nuts
2 thick slices of ciabatta


SWEETEST QUEEN SALAD
A classic, pure and quick summer salad that hits the taste buds every time!
Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and allow to cool down.
Slice the Sweetest Queen tomatoes in half.
In a bowl, mix lettuce leaves, halved Sweetest Queen tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. Finish with bite size pieces of crusty bread.
