Coeur de Boeuf

The Coeur de Boeuf is a beautiful, uniquely shaped, heirloom tomato with a fresh, wholesome taste. Stuff and bake in the oven, thinly slice for a carpaccio salad, grill in the oven or use for soup: the Coeur de Boeuf can handle it all! This tomato variety ripens from the inside out so a green fruit with a slightly red hue is ready to eat!    â€‹
